Penny Etchells
Penny holds a Diploma in Pre-School Practice and NVQ3 in Childcare and Education and joined the staff in 1998. Penny is also:
- Designated Safeguarding Officer
- Designated Lead in Behaviour Management
- Health & Safety Officer
- Paediatric First Aid trained
Early Years Deputy Lead Practitioner and Senco
Rosie Brightman
Rosie is a Level 6 practitioner with Early Years Professional Status. Rosie is also our Sendco (Special Educational Needs and Disability Officer) and has gained Level 3 Sendco training.
Rosie joined our staff September 2019. Rosie is also:
- Deputy Designated Safeguarding Officer
- Deputy Designated lead in Behaviour Management

Sian Marsden
Sian holds an NNEB and joined our staff in January 2015. Sian is also:

Natasha holds a B A honours in Childhood Studies and also Early Years Educator level 3 joined our staff in September 2023. Natasha is also:

Olivia Etchells
Early Years Assistant
Olivia holds a Level 2 in Childcare and became a member of our staff in October 2023 . Olivia is also:
- Paediatric First Aid trained
- Key person to a group of children
In addition staff are constantly undertaking training and attending meetings in various areas to keep up to date with the current ways of thinking about early years as well as keeping up to date with legal requirements
