Snow procedure

If you didn’t see our snow procedure on social media a week or so ago-
here it is…
If snow falls during the night, a decision will be made by school by 7am
as to whether it is deemed safe to open or not.
If school is to close- then I will be notified and we will also remain closed.
I will notify you by email as well as on our parent & carers facebook
page asap after I have been notified.
If school was to open- then we will open. In this case please ensure if
your child arrives in wellies or boots (with names inside please)- a
change of footwear is brought and they wear warm clothing as we will
still try and playout if safe enough.
If we open and in the event it snows heavily during the day- it may well
be we request an early pick up if at all possible and you will be emailed.
There is always the open for you to collect early anyway.
If at any time you wish to keep your child at home, even if we are open-
that’s not a problem- just let us know. Also – please don’t ever be
worried about being late for preschool drop off or even pick up if it does
snow- take your time and stay safe,
So…. we will finish after the party on Thursday 18 th Dec at 1.30 and
return Monday 5th Jan!

Many thanks
